Hi Rashawn, thanks for your time. When did you start Dope Soaps and Body Works?
I started my company not long time ago, just on the second on June 2020.
What has been the most enjoyable aspect of running this new business?
I think the most enjoyable aspect is definitely the customers satisfaction.
Have you encountered any unexpected challenges or obstacles? If so, how have you resolved them?
We’ve never encountered so far.
How have ongoing COVID-19 restrictions affected your business model? What changes have you been forced to make to continue your operations?
No, covid-19 has not affected my business it actually helped being that im an all natural soap and skincare company.
Your business distributes a comprehensive range of health products. Which products tend to be the most popular with customers, and why do you think this is the case?
My soaps are the most popular because of the large veriety of soap that we have.
What makes your business a drawcard compared to other online distributors? In other words, what do you do better than your competitors?
We have a wide range of all natural and vegan products that’s low cost and fast delivery.
Which product in the catalogue is your personal favourite and why?
Himalayan Salt Soap because it smells amazing and leaves body feeling fresh.
