Owner of Hair Beauty Queen AJ Asmar’s Success in the Beauty Industry

He started his journey at the tender age of only 15 when he moved to the US from Palestine. Asmar worked for his family at first, who owned a local beauty store in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The experience he was able to gain over the previous 13 years also came in handy. Asmar’s business generated over $2.5M+ in sales his first year, and his life changed forever. 

He then decided that the next step would be to dominate the industry entirely. Growing market share was what he focused on completely. In just six years, Asmar established 6 locations and employed more than 100 people to run them smoothly. However, he wasn’t finished yet and aspired to grow further.
