Jenny Run, the bold and unapologetic comedian who has captivated Los Angeles audiences with her dry humor and fearless delivery, is closing the year with a bang. Her new comedy special, Jenny Run: Kiss Me By My Arse, filmed live at the Three Clubs in Hollywood, is set to release for free on YouTube on December 28th. A mix of biting humor and heartfelt purpose, the special supports two causes close to Jenny’s heart while showcasing her comedic evolution.
The idea for the special came from an unexpected place. “I originally had a horrible roommate and wanted to write a comedy special about that experience for revenge,” Jenny admits. “But as I was writing, my anger faded, and I just didn’t care about my old roommate anymore. Comedy is funny like that.” Rather than abandon the project, Jenny found a new purpose for it, deciding to partner with two charity organizations she believes in, shifting her focus from personal gripes to making a difference.

Jenny partnered with NAMI California to support mental health research and Wags & Walks to aid in animal rescue and care, bringing together two causes that reflect her dedication to making a difference.
After that, finding the right venue was crucial to bringing her vision to life, and the Three Clubs in Hollywood proved to be the perfect fit. “I had some other places in mind, but they were too small,” she explains. “Three Clubs was just right in size, and I really like the gritty, down-to-earth Hollywood vibe. Plus, the owners were so relaxed and cool—they loved the idea of a charity event. And, fun fact, three is my lucky number!”
The special itself is a rollercoaster of laughs and interest, tackling everything from Hollywood’s obsession with flattery to Jenny’s own personal quirks. “I chose the theme of ‘arse-kissing’ in Hollywood because the city is full of that, and I find it funny. I’m a very direct and blunt person, so I saw the humor in it,” she shares. Jenny also weaves in stories about her mother, her self-declared “small mouth,” and her love for Hollywood street hot dogs, offering a blend of personal anecdotes and sharp observations that feel uniquely her.

Pulling the event together wasn’t without its challenges. Jenny handled every aspect of the special, from curating a lineup of comedians to coordinating the charity partnerships. “I had to do everything,” she says. “Even with all that prep and work, things still turned out differently than I imagined. But that’s part of the fun.”
The live taping wasn’t without its surprises, either. One memorable moment came courtesy of a particularly spirited audience member. “There was a drunk girl who forgot it was being recorded live, and she kept yelling out and flirting with me the entire show,” Jenny recalls with a laugh. “It was fine—I loved it.” The night also featured a giveaway from the brand Unknown Union, during which Jenny literally gave the shirt off her back to the audience, sparking a friendly scuffle among fans eager to claim the prize.
With Kiss Me By My Arse, Jenny hopes to connect with audiences in an authentic way. “The special isn’t very structured—it’s more of a journey,” she says. “I hope people enjoy it and can connect with my experiences. Even if you hate it, tell me about it. Everything is good experience, and who knows? It might inspire new material.”
While she’s focused on performing live and honing her craft, Jenny is leaving the door open for future projects. “One charity special is enough for now,” she says. “When I’m ready to say more, I will.”
Set to premiere on YouTube, Jenny Run: Kiss Me By My Arse is more than a comedy special—it’s a testament to the power of humor and compassion. With her signature wit and a heart full of purpose, Jenny is proving once again why she’s a rising star worth watching.
