Hi Kevin, what was the primary motivation behind starting Strong, Jacob & Associates, LLC?
I was not aware of my loss mitigation options in 2005, and I lost my house to foreclosure. I don’t want to see that happen to anyone because it is a horrible experience. We help consumers effectively manage and reduce their debt and improve their credit score. We’ve been in business for 14 years with A+ BBB Rating and no consumer complaints.
What is your career background? Were you always in the mortgage space?
I undertook a 4-year degree in management and labor relations (negotiations), completed the Loss Mitigation Course sponsored the Mortgage Bankers Association.
My skills include: mortgage broker, real estate agent, credit score improvement specialist, radio talk show host in 2018 (The Kevin Strong Show; Debt and Credit strategies) and professional debt negotiator.
What is your the most popular course that you offer? What are the biggest benefits of taking it?

The course has written context, video support, a 30 min live coaching session (with customized strategies) and legal representation for people to review their loan modification agreement to ensure that their consumer rights are protected.

What are some of the more exciting things your business is focusing on?
I am a unique real estate agent because I specialize in SAVING homes, NOT SELLING them. We are focused on trying to be proactive with debt and credit management strategies. We fully understand there is an affordability crisis in this country. People really don’t have a backup plan they need someone to help them stay in their home and preserve their equity. If many are forced to move, they probably can’t afford the neighborhood they are currently living in because of rising home prices.
