LinkedIn has over 610 million users. Out of this population, more than half use the network actively each month. To make it even more interesting, 40% of the monthly users visit LinkedIn daily.
Considering these stats, it is imperative that your company, whether you are a startup or an established business, makes use of the platform in some capacity. Cody Harvey takes us through a candid exploration of the unexplored features of LinkedIn automation and SaaS.
What is LinkedIn automation and how does it benefit companies?
When it comes to brand awareness through platforms like LinkedIn and social media, companies might not have all the time to create meaningful engagement with the target audience. LinkedIn automation comes in to interact with your audience to help you focus on other aspects of your brand. This does not only save you a lot of resources in terms of time but also creates consistency in brand awareness. Companies and individuals choose Kennected to help simplify their lead generation on LinkedIn. We allow companies to spend less time prospecting, and more time doing the important parts, like nurturing relationships that stem from these conversations. As well as closing deals.
What is the future of SaaS, and where do you think Kennected will be in the next 5 years?
In simple words, SaaS is the future of most operations. Companies have come to realize the many benefits associated with software and web-based integration. Apart from saving on cost, companies can work more effectively because software reduces errors caused by human oversight.
Having said that, Kennected’s future looks bright if the current trend is something to go by. We are also working round the clock to keep up with the industry trends. One of the primary features of the tech industry is regular shifts and volatility. As a company, we are not ignorant of this fact. In the next 5 years, we expect to have increased our customer base several folds. We also seek to establish our company as an authority in the industry.
Kennected is also diving into developing LinkedIn education platforms that teach people how to optimize their profiles, best practices and more. We see the need to develop a suite of tools and services that assist our customers, by allowing them to earn more, by focusing on mission critical functions that drive company growth.
One of the reasons companies are hesitant to use SaaS is data security – do you think this is a valid concern?
Definitely. We have seen trusted companies violating their client data privacy or exposing them to cybersecurity threats. Companies that deal with sensitive information should put in the necessary measures to prevent any threats. Data encryption should be an integral part to protect customer data from malicious users, secret competitor spying, and malware.
What does Kennected do to protect client data?
We take the privacy and confidentiality of the information at our disposal seriously. We have put in place security measures that ensure only authorized personnel have access to any information under Kennected. Throughout our period of existence, we have not had any cases of a data privacy breach. Through this, we have created trust with our clients.
Has COVID-19 had any impact on the SaaS industry, both positive and negative?
Kennected has actually grown month over month during the pandemic. People were turning to us because we could help them network, when face to face networking was not an option. We have also seen some of our clients go through a difficult time, and we are doing all we can to develop helpful content on our website’s blog and through our YouTube channel.
