Photographs can have immense importance in our lives. They are a beautiful way to capture and share a special moment so that you can remember it forever. One budding photographer who understands the magic of this is Michael Amboree. Specialising in fashion and portrait photography, he has already begun making a name for himself as a truly unique photographer with an eye for magnificence.
Can you tell us about yourself and how you became interested in photography?
Well, my name is Michael Amboree and I didn’t grow up in the best of conditions. With photography I gained an outlet to stay out of trouble as well as a way to get away when things got tough.
How long have you been working as a photographer?
I have been working as a photographer for almost a year now, I started in high school learning the basics and have since developed my skills.
What kind of photography do you specialize in?
I specialize in mostly fashion photography or portrait photography. I find it the most compelling to work with since that’s what I’m most comfortable doing and what I can provide the best quality for.
What makes the photos you take unique?
Photographs play an important role in everyone’s life – they connect us to our past, they remind us of people, places, feelings, and stories. They can help us to know who we are. Photographs, even of buildings, can be vital memory cues for Forgotten Times or memories we want to remember. I hope to capture these feelings in my work.
What can clients expect when they come in for a session with you?
A happy client isn’t just someone who makes a purchase with you today. A truly happy customer is one who will be loyal to you and your business for a long time to come. Plus, customer loyalty and happiness have a tendency to spread. When people find businesses they trust, they want to tell their friends about it too.
Do you have a favorite type of photography to do?
I would say either portrait or sports, I love capturing those shots!
What fundamental advice would you give to any aspiring photographers?
Just don’t give up no matter what! Even though it may get hard sometimes just remember what made you want to do it and you will prevail every time.
