Al-Rashed explains: “Our decisions of which markets to tap into are simple – we ask our constituent companies what solutions they need, but can’t find on the market. Then we start an operation to solve problems for group members, and their clients. Once it works and we’re confident that we are doing it great – we start offering it to third parties – and we’d always start by offering it to the clients of our subsidiaries before we would to third parties.”

Looking to the future, Al-Rashed envisions the “MNA Business Hub,” a centralized ecosystem housing all of its diverse subsidiaries. This ambitious concept aims to provide clients with a seamless “one-stop” solution for all their business needs, from legal and financial support to real estate and beyond. “I envision a state of the art building, where we can have a client of any of our subsidiaries walk in – and immediately feel at home. We are not at all worried about sales and marketing, but are always engaging in win-win deals. Our clients need an array of services, and we provide them all, in an industry-leading level, and at 360 degrees. When a new client is joining us, he is joining a family, not a corporation, and I am committed for it to stay like that.”
