“The biggest challenge was that people didn’t trust the change,” Tiffany recalls. “Convincing them to step into this new world of merchant services was tough, especially since they had no immediate understanding of the benefits.”

“They no longer had to wait 30 days to get paid, and they didn’t have to leave their locations to deposit funds at the bank,” she explains.
