Time to reintroduce international indie recording artist Kameko Tarnez who is pictured above in this fashion forward image from 2014! Many around the world started following the creative journey of Kameko because of the industry buzz surrounding his 2006 songwriting collaboration with the Legendary Michael Jackson. He has also collaborated with icons such as Erykah Badu, Toni Braxton, Grace Jones, the legendary Marley family, Vanessa Williams and more. Yet in 2011 Kameko took a hiatus from music to focus more behind the scenes. During his time away, Kameko has proven to his loyal following that he is much more than a fashion forward singer/songwriter by becoming an accomplished producer, screenwriter, and film director.
In 2016, Kameko and a group of global investors launched Archrok Entertainment, a full-fledged artist management, film production company, and boutique recording label. The company is currently producing several major projects, including the Egyptian trilogy films “Protector of the Gods”, introduced by GQ and Glamour magazine as “Hollywood’s first all-black Egypt film”. Due to covid-19, the filming of “Protector of the Gods” was put on hold, and as a result, the label decided that this would be a great opportunity to release Kameko’s new music! For those of you who have been patiently waiting we are excited to announce Kameko’s return to music! His double single, “Soldier” will be released spring 2022!
