Few industries are as known and celebrated for ongoing innovation as the healthcare industry, and for good reason. Every new breakthrough treatment and technological innovation that pushes the industry and the medical field as a whole forward does so by saving lives, treating debilitating illnesses, and revolutionizing access to improved quality of life. The intersection of medical technology, physicians’ education, technological development, and business organization is one that generates meaningful impact on both a personal and social level. From vaccines to improvements in telemedicine infrastructure and support, healthcare innovation is a driver for good in the world.
Will Basta, healthcare entrepreneur, advisor, and investor, has built his career contributing to that intersectional force for good. As the founder of Nívana Health, a precision health and longevity clinic, Basta is a leader in proactive care, early intervention, and long-term health optimization—a section of the healthcare industry he feels has the potential to massively improve people’s lives. His work is known for his systems-first, longevity oriented approach, where healthcare problems are addressed preventatively using consistent structures and processes that don’t prioritize short-term growth over long term value.
Basta’s work spans health, technology, and infrastructure, because all three are necessary to drive change, but all of it is in service to one mission: building systems that improve human outcomes over the long term. Whether it’s through Nívana Health, or via his consultancy work through AIX Consultancy, or his macro level health initiatives through Project Oasis, Basta is consistently a leading innovator in the healthcare space.
“Today, I’m known for working at the intersection of health, technology, and systems design,” says Basta. “In the future, I want my name associated with integrity, longevity, and building things that quietly work, businesses and environments that improve lives without relying on hype or shortcuts.”
Innovating From Multiple Perspectives
One of the driving influences that led to Will Basta diving into the healthcare sector was a simple observation: traditional healthcare systems are reactive and fragmented. Treatments are almost always in response to a problem after it’s negatively impacting patients, instead of making proactive decisions to facilitate good health outcomes; different specialists and resources are scattered across entire regions, with some being completely inaccessible to patients that need specialized care; and communication between departments or specialists and patients often leads to undue burden and excessive friction.
Basta seeks to solve all of those problems, but he can only do so by pushing for innovative solutions in every corner of the industry. He founded and runs AIX Consultancy to help healthcare organizations design intelligent and scalable models across tech and healthcare; founded Nívana Health to promote personalized and preventative care; established Eterna IQ Health, a healthtech company that brings advanced testing and insights directly to individuals and partners; and heads the Project Oasis initiative to connect health, the environment, and lifestyle choices into a single healthcare vision. Each project individually works to push the healthcare sector forward, but together they’re a project that promises to create a coherent, accessible, and proactive healthcare environment.
“The long-term goal is to make high-quality, preventive care accessible regardless of geography,” Basta says. “Telemedicine, at-home diagnostics, and regenerative protocols make that possible, but only when implemented responsibly. I’m especially focused on building models that can scale without sacrificing quality, so they can be replicated in emerging and underserved markets.”
Part of the challenge in pursuing his mission is in finding the balance between revolutionary leadership and stable implementation. The solution is a twofold combination of effective leadership and engaged institutional partners. In Basta’s experience, effective modern leadership means designing systems that create clarity, trust, and continuity that persist even when he’s no longer in the room. The business world doesn’t need more leaders that move fast and break things, they need leaders that focus on durability, governance, and empowering capable people to make informed decisions independently.
Speaking of those intelligent people, no transformative work would be possible without the cooperation and engagement of key partners and collaborators. In Will Basta’s case, his partners tend to be clinicians, engineers, operators, and investors who value long-term thinking and ethical execution. If the goal is to create lasting, positive change, those values are absolutely crucial.
“In healthcare, that includes licensed providers, regenerative specialists, and lab partners aligned with precision medicine,” explains Basta. “In projects like Project Oasis, collaborators include developers, sustainability experts, and wellness architects who understand that health isn’t just clinical—it’s environmental and behavioral. Most of these relationships evolved organically through shared standards rather than transactional deals.”
From Telemedicine To Machine Learning
Telemedicine and regenerative health have been the two leading focuses for Basta’s work since he stepped into the field, largely because they’re two innovations that stand to do the most good in the space. Telemedicine technology and infrastructure removes the geographic friction that stands between many patients and appropriate care, while regenerative health initiatives reframes healthcare from a responsive treatment cycle to a proactive paradigm of repair, longevity, and performance. Two of Basta’s projects, Nívana Health and EternaIQ Health, focus on unifying diagnostics, clinical insight, and ongoing optimization into a single experience.
“Together, they allow us to intervene earlier, personalize intelligently, and maintain continuity over time—principles that sit at the core of Nívana and Eterna’s models,” Basta explains.
However, these are not the only innovations and new technologies Basta is leveraging in his mission to revolutionize the healthcare industry. Recent developments in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies have presented unique and powerful opportunities that he’s been eager to investigate and judiciously apply to his companies and projects. AIX Consultancy has been a leader in helping organizations implement AI and automation in ways that support decision-making and compliance instead of merely adding complexity. AI technology has been influential in powering pattern recognition, data synthesis, and operational intelligence, but never at the cost of clinical authority or leadership accountability.
“The next phase is about deepening and integrating what’s already working, expanding Eterna Health’s testing ecosystem, refining Nívana’s precision health model, and continuing to build scalable, AI-enabled infrastructure through AIX Consultancy,” Will Basta explains. “Project Oasis is also evolving as a longer-term initiative that connects health, environment, and lifestyle into a single vision.”
