Obtaining a gift such as psychic and mediumship abilities is a very special skill to have. Erica Russo has dedicated her life to refining her gifts and using them to assist others. As an intuitive coach, she works closely with her clients to assist them in their personal and spiritual growth. She speaks about how she developed her gifts and how she continues to help her community through her work.
Hi Erica thanks for joining us. Can you tell us about yourself and how you got started with intuitive coaching?
Thank you for having me! My journey into intuitive coaching is very unique. My business began as offering spiritual readings to the public back in 2018. Through the years of offering 1:1 readings, it became clear to me that all of my readings somehow ended up feeling like a coaching session. Once I began offering coaching packages, I noticed a significant growth within my clients.
Now, I use my intuition to guide the sessions as I think many, if not most coaches do. Using your intuition while creating a container for healing and breakthroughs to transpire is essentially you co-coaching with the universe and Spirit. I love being able to teach others how to access their own inner wisdom as well as assist other healers and coaches to use it within their business!
Was there a specific moment when you discovered your psychic and mediumship abilities?
Once I started developing my psychic and mediumship abilities, I soon realized that psychic impressions were more common than one would think. Everyone walking this earth has had at least one psychic experience.
But if I had to choose a specific moment when I realized my ability, it was when my husband and I were driving and having a casual conversation when he started telling me about two of his employees not getting along. Without knowing anything about the situation, I said “yeah, it’s because so and so ate the last of the corn beef and cabbage yesterday from the steam table.”
My husband looked at me with wide eyes and asked how I knew that. I couldn’t give him answer because I had no idea! This event occurred soon after I started a daily meditation practice. A lot of other instances followed this, but this is the one that stands out.
For those who don’t know, how would you define what intuitive coaching is?
For me, intuitive coaching is setting the intention for Spirit and/or the universe to speak through you before a session. I do this with every 1:1 client as well as every circle or coaching call I host within my monthly membership. Intuitive Coaching is being able to listen to the internal guidance system that we all have and allowing it to take control of the conversation.
What kind of services do you offer people?
I offer 1:1 coaching packages, a mastermind, online courses, as well as a monthly membership called the Intuitive Life Society catered to personal and spiritual growth.
What can people expect when they come to be mentored by you?
People can expect the unexpected. Because all of my sessions are intuitively guided some weeks we might do business coaching, other times we might have a breathwork session, other times we will work on enhancing your intuition and psychic abilities, and sometimes I will just create a container for you to heal, or vent, or release what is no longer serving you.
Do you have any advice for people looking to get in touch with their own psychic abilities?
The first thing I’d like to say is don’t doubt it. You don’t need to question whether or not you have the ability to be psychic. We ALL have the ability to enhance our spiritual connection.

Finally, what do you love most about your job as an intuitive coach?
The thing I love most about my work is being able to witness someone shock themself. Whether it being through a really accurate psychic hit or realizing how much they have grown and overcome in their life. I love seeing jaws drop and eyes go wide open!
