Two for the Books: How Jamie Wolf and Angela Little are Making Business People into Authors

Have you ever dreamed of becoming a Wall Street Journal or USA Today bestselling author? Are you an expert in a certain profession or niche field? Are you convinced that readers could benefit from your knowledge? Well, Jamie Wolf and Angela Little, the brains behind Million Dollar Story, agree and are here to help you.

The two women joined forces six months ago to create a powerhouse coaching course that will help clients produce professional, compelling book pitches for agents and publishers on their subject of expertise and create full manuscripts in six months. Their background stories are as diverse as the soon-to-be authors they work with.

Jamie Wolf

Wolf, who founded Million Dollar Story as a solo project three years ago, calls herself an ‘accidental entrepreneur’. She co-founded a company to help her daughter deal with diabetes. Since she came from a strong corporate background, her world was upended when her husband divorced her and fired her from their company. She knew she had to stay strong and keep her daughter healthy.

She self-published a book on her story but had no idea how to market it. In learning how, the spark for Million Dollar Story was born, a way to assist others with writing, publishing, and showing their solutions to the world.

She also hosted a hard-hitting podcast called ‘The Pivot’, where she interviewed successful professionals on business lessons learned, their hardest moments, their most successful strategies, and more.

Her most popular episodes featured guests speaking on how to rise above the noise, stand out in crowded fields, make yourself a market authority, and how business failures can feel like the worst thing ever but actually turn out to be the perfect growth direction.

She loves hero’s journey stories that pull back the curtain on how success really happens. Wolf said, “Entrepreneurs show the inability to give up. They have great resilience.”

Angela Little

Little has a strong background in the business Marketing & health industry as an entrepreneur and business owner. She is also a dedicated additional needs mom who has shared her story and inspired many in similar positions while informing those who aren’t. Her contributions focus on developing and maintaining a growth mindset, finding clarity, distilling purpose, and finding your confidence as an expert and author through good habits. Her tenets focus on pairing physical and mental health.

She describes Million Dollar Story’s ideal clients as epic CEOs and entrepreneurs, high achievers, C-Suite executives, and anyone known for making their mark in their niche. “We are looking for people that are coming into our world to clarify what they want to be known for,” Little said. “With that clear focus in mind, we can showcase them, through writing, to the world.”

Early Steps

These innovative founders realize that some entrepreneurs don’t feel comfortable going from unpublished experts to full-fledged authors. So, they start their program with an easy baby step.

They work with entrepreneurs to help them publish short works – business stories or articles – in best-selling anthologies. This way, each contributor to the book of works help to build up, cross-promote, and co-advertise for each other. This system offers not just confidence and a built-in audience, but it also creates a network of brilliant people with different fields of expertise and a similar goal.

Common Ground

So what do these busy people have in common, and what do they have in common with Wolf and Little? In the founders’ opinions, entrepreneurs always bounce back. They never give up; they see failures as opportunities, and they work hard to instill in their clients that no one can take away their belief in themselves – and that this is a true superpower.

By pairing with these two powerhouses, entrepreneurs will be able to put together their core offers and produce a book by the end. Wolf and Little are passionate about the tangible benefits and clarity offered by their courses.

Their programs are built to suit those who want to contribute to anthologies as well as write their own books. They also cater to varying budgets and circumstances.

When the women first began talking about working together, they thought, “Let’s go and help entrepreneurs work with the public – because these are normally pretty awesome people who want to give back to others – and help elevate them.”

And do they really believe they can help any expert that comes to them for coaching? Absolutely. After teaching herself how to write instructional bestsellers, Wolf truly believes that becoming a best seller is just an algorithm game. And these two ladies are ready to show you how.
